The Person (requirements):
Work Experience Required
* Relevant experience in CS Center preferably in an international environment
* Experience in handling Claims
* Experience in back-office function
Skills & Knowledge required
* Knowledge of SAP - advantage
* Good MS office knowledge
* Excellent skills in written and spoken local languages (Dutch & French) and English
* General administration level with commercial background
* Customer satisfaction oriented
* Problem solving oriented
* Team player
* Flexible and ability to change
