On behalf of our client in the energy sector, we are recruiting an experienced PMO for a long-term assignment within the Digital & IT CIO Office of a global business unit.In this role, you will drive portfolio performance, budget governance, and financial processes, transforming complex IT and financial data into actionable insights. Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, and the business, you will support strategic decision-making and ensure effective governance and operational excellence.Tasks:Support portfolio and performance management activities, including reporting and dashboard development.Contribute to budget planning, financial monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis.Manage and optimize procurement, Purchase Order, and P2P processes.Ensure accurate follow-up of financial and operational processes, including quality control activities.Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support decision-making.Drive process harmonization, governance compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Profile:You have between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience as a PMO, with expertise in portfolio and performance management, budget governance, and operational financial processes, ideally within the energy sector.You possess strong analytical skills and are able to translate complex IT and financial information into clear insights, reports, and recommendations.You are fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.What we offer:We offer Permanent contracts as well as Freelancing contracts for long term missions.
