Whether you’ve led People teams at a Series A startup or driven HR transformation at an enterprise organization, this is your chance to lead without long-term constraints.Key responsibilities include:Owning company-wide People strategy and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.Defining and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.Developing and overseeing comprehensive talent management programs, including performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.Crafting and nurturing a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.Designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.Ensuring HR compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Building and optimizing HR operations and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, employee data management).Providing strategic guidance and coaching to executive leadership on all people-related matters.Fostering strong employee relations and developing effective communication channels.Key qualities should include:Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or executive HR leadership roles.Proven track record scaling People functions from early stage to growth/expansion.Strong strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to people analytics.Deep understanding of modern HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.Cross-functional leadership across various departments, advising on people impact.Comfortable working with founders, boards, and VC-backed companies.Experience in fractional, interim, or advisory HR leadership a strong plus.Additional Information:Ability to set your own pricing/terms (negotiable based on engagement).Opportunity to work across different industries or company stages.At Humiint, we collaborate with People leaders who know how to turn strategy into an empowering and high-performing workforce.
