Tasks for External Service Provider:
* Analysis of Business requirements
* Business processes modelling. Process analysis and analysis of the integration of different information systems.
* Assistance and/or participation in business cases, business glossary, vision, business requirements documents and other relevant documents
* Description of user requirements and functional requirements (user stories or use cases)
* Risk and impact analysis
* Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users. Regular liaison between user services and development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented
* Coordination and collaboration with the project teams. Participation in Sprint Review meetings.
* Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good knowledge of information systems matters.
* Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
* Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
* Good knowledge of BPMN or UML.
* Good Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites.
* Good Knowledge of requirements solicitation.
* Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (PM², PM² Agile or Agile Scrum).
* Knowledge and experience of writing User Stories including acceptance criteria.
* Ability to apply high quality standards.
* Rapid self-starting capability.
* Capability to give presentations.
* Ability to participate in technical meetings.
* Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with DG EAC programmes is an asset.
* Experience with Data Protection by design is an asset.
* Experience with SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS is an asset.
* Knowledge of the following tools:
o Atlassian Jira
o Atlassian Confluence
o MS Teams
o Signal
Non-Technical Skills:
* Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team.
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
* Excellent Team Player.
* Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1) is mandatory. Ability to speak French will be an advantage.
* High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in DG EAC.R4 contain personal and confidential data.
Specific Expertise:
* At least 5 years of specific expertise with requirements solicitation.
* At least 5 years of specific expertise with UML or BPMN.
* At least 3 years of specific expertise with Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
