As Payroll Officer, you'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our 1,300 employees and manage the HR package related to employment contracts, insurance, absences, vacation, fringe benefits, suspensions, and employee master data.
You'll work with reports and analyze personnel data. You're not afraid to question things critically and propose improvements to optimize the systems and processes in place. You'll provide training and support to HR colleagues and managers on payroll processes. You'll also actively contribute to HR projects such as implementing and managing HR systems, change management, and rewards projects.

What do we expect from you?
* You have the thinking level and independence of a bachelor's degree supplemented with at least 10 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
* You have a thorough understanding of social legislation and know how to apply it in practice. Experience with SuccesFactors, SAP HR, and eBlox is a plus.
* You are digitally strong, have a proven affinity with numbers and IT tools and work smoothly with Microsoft 365 applications.
