Your responsibilities will include:
* Procurement Operations: Managing supplier orders from A to Z (order entry, confirmation, tracking lead times), invoice verification, handling discrepancies and pricing disputes.
* International Replenishment: Coordinating both short- and long-term procurement flows within Europe and internationally - especially with Asia (including China).
* Transport & Logistics: Monitoring shipments and handling customs documentation and import formalities. Familiarity with Chinese transportation flows and import/export processes is a strong asset.
* Product Data Management: Creating and updating product sheets, pricing, purchasing conditions, and import taxes.
* Supplier Relations: Daily operational follow-up, reminders, occasional negotiation of conditions, and identification of new partners.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close coordination with planning teams and acting as a backup for other internal functions when needed.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or export-related administrative role
* Full working proficiency in English is essential, the candidate must also be fluent in French
* Good understanding of Chinese transportation
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP systems
* Strong interpersonal communication skills - able to adapt communication style depending on internal or external stakeholders
