Job Description
* Monitor subscriber engagement and churn to identify opportunities for retention.
* Initiate and optimize retention programs, adjusting as needed to achieve the best results.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and customer-focused completion.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, product management, and IT to implement integrated retention solutions, utilizing modern marketing infrastructure.
* Report on the progress and outcomes of retention initiatives to the B2C Sales Manager.
Your Profile:
* You have several years of professional experience with a proven track record in customer retention. Experience with subscription-based retention is a strong asset.
* You are familiar with growth hacking, 1-to-1 marketing, and marketing automation, and you enjoy driving projects to successful completion.
* You are analytical, creative, and highly customer-focused. You know how to turn insights into concrete actions that deliver measurable results.
* You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for new opportunities.
* Your drive, communication skills, and persuasive nature help you engage and motivate others. You’re a true team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
* You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other national language.
* You’re comfortable with modern marketing tools and Microsoft Office applications.
