Freelance/SAP Delivery Lead/Braine-l'Alleud/daily rate depending on experience Your new company You will join an international organization active in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sector, currently running a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programme. The environment is highly dynamic and cross‑functional, with strong integration across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and planning systems. This programme is long‑term, complex and strategically important for the company’s global operations. Your new role In this position as SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating all activities within the Manufacturing domain of the S/4 programme. You will coordinate business, IT and integrator teams, oversee the OQ, PQ and UAT testing phases, manage cutover preparation, ensure readiness for data migration and safeguard the integration with MES and scheduling systems. The role is hybrid, requiring regular on‑site presence in both Anderlecht and Braine‑l’Alleud, and follows a VDI‑only policy in line with company guidelines. Your profile You bring strong SAP expertise, ideally supported by hands‑on experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration programmes. You have a proven background in programme or delivery management for large SAP initiatives and possess a deep understanding of manufacturing modules such as PP, PM and WM/I am. Experience with MES and scheduling system integrations is required. You work autonomously, communicate confidently with stakeholders and thrive in complex, cross‑functional environments. Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in French is a strong plus for interactions with end‑users.
