Your Mission
As a Business Analyst Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and squad members to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze issues and propose improvements
* Analyze and evaluate change requests
* Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and assess different options
* Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
* Act as an interface with stakeholders
* Bridge business needs with IT
* Define business scope, target operating model, and business/IT interfaces
* Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
Language Requirements
* Dutch:
Good spoken communication skills
* French:
Strong spoken communication skills
* English:
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education
* Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent through relevant experience
Experience & Knowledge
* At least
6 years of relevant experience
* Strong business analysis experience in a complex environment
* Solid understanding of business processes and the link with IT
* Proven experience with end-user computing tools (Excel including macros/VBA, Access, etc.)
* Good knowledge of technical environments combining mainframe and distributed applications

Work Arrangement
* Hybrid working model with an expectation of
