Context : This role is about overseeing the various initiatives related to the transformation of our mobile app into a health platform.
More specifically, we want to use the app’s home page to guide our members based on their individual situation.
Role overview
Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation, moving from a mainly administrative mobile experience towards a personalised digital health platform. The ambition is to create a platform that supports users proactively, guides them through relevant health and care journeys, and offers services tailored to their individual situation.
As Product Owner, you will play a strategic and transversal role in this transformation. You will define the product vision, build the roadmap and coordinate the initiatives needed to evolve the mobile platform into a more personal, data-driven and engaging digital health companion.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for shaping and driving the long-term vision of the digital health platform, ensuring that it evolves from a transactional service channel into a proactive and personalised user experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Defining a clear product vision and positioning for the platform
• Translating this vision into a coherent multi-year roadmap
• Prioritising initiatives linked to digital journeys, personalisation and user engagement
• Simplifying and digitising administrative services while building new value-added features
• Developing personalised experiences based on user profiles, context and needs
• Using the app’s home page and key touchpoints to guide users according to their individual situation
• Coordinating product, IT, data, CX and business stakeholders around one shared vision
• Ensuring consistency across features, journeys and digital channels
• Exploring opportunities within digital health, prevention, well-being and connected services
• Identifying relevant partnerships, integrations and platform opportunities
• Defining and monitoring success metrics such as engagement, active usage, adoption of personalised features and user satisfaction
• Focusing on business and customer value rather than purely on delivery output
Profile
We are looking for a strategic Product Owner or Product Manager with solid experience in digital platforms and transformation environments. You are able to combine product vision, stakeholder management and a strong understanding of user needs.
The ideal candidate has:
• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Product Lead
• Experience in digital transformation, platform development or mobile applications
• A strong interest in personalisation, data-driven services and customer experience
• Affinity with healthcare, well-being, insurance or service-driven environments
• The ability to manage complexity across multiple teams, domains and priorities
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create alignment without direct authority
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate real-life needs into relevant digital solutions
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to say no when needed
• A proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
