You work under the supervision of the kitchen manager You help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food You carry out preparations according to instructions from the person in charge You operate the fryer independently during service You provide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the next shift You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCP standards You clean up after the shift and you clean working tools You respect safety standards during the work Qualities we look for are: Hard working Clean and organized Team player Willing to work evenings & weekends At least 1Y experience in kitchen work Experience on fryer Mission Masala brings authentic Indian flavors with a modern twist.
