We are looking for a driven and hands-on Process Team Manager to lead a team of 8 process professionals within a fast-growing transformation environment. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape how change is structured, prioritized, and delivered across the organization.

As Process Team Manager, you will:
Lead and coach a team of ~8 process analysts and consultants
Drive a strong people management and 1-to-1 coaching culture
Define, prioritize, and steer process roadmaps together with Product Owners
Ensure alignment between team delivery and company-wide transformation goals
Act as a bridge between team execution, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations at senior business level with fast-moving demands
Help mature the change governance framework currently being implemented
Strong people management experience (team leadership is essential)
Background in change management or transformation environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior business stakeholders
Dutch language skills
Working closely with senior stakeholders under fast turnaround expectations
Leading a team that sits at the heart of business-critical processes
