We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Python Engineer with a strong background in Automation, AI and product development to join our growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Python Engineer. The role is based in Dubai. The Senior Python Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing the backend architecture for an AI-powered legal drafting platform. You will be responsible for:
* Transforming AI models into production-ready features in collaboration with AI engineers.
* Working closely with frontend developers to build end-to-end features and ensure seamless API integration.
* Optimising system performance, scalability, and security across our distributed platform.
* Managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to support a fast development cycle.
* Playing an active role in product decisions and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
* Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming
* Experience with database management and integration
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
* Experience in the AI or legal tech industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure / AWS
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Proficient in the Git version control system
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
