Main purpose:
• Efficiently manages day-to-day transportation and forwarding providers
• International freights support for Group Entities
• Builds working relations with shippers, trucking companies, railroads, airlines, and freight forwarders
• Oversees cost control and KPI’s performance, actively seeking to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs
• Prepares status reports and other documentation as appropriate
• Maintains a working knowledge of legislative requirements and best practices relevant to the transport industry, in a
worldwide perimeter, with special focus on Loss & Damages and Customs procedures
• Works closely with other key stakeholder to ensure all transport solutions are fully integrated and designed to improve
customer service
• Consistently promotes and adheres to Company policy, procedures, and legislation
• Identifies risks, issues and opportunities and deploys innovative solutions and techniques with a proactive approach
Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in worldwide freight forwarding and organization transportation (Logistics Bachelor desired)
• Proven knowledge of intermodal transportation and cargo coordination
• C1 English or equivalent certification
• Microsoft Office | Power BI

o Coordination of loadings btw. sourcing point, forwarder and shipping/road/air co., confirmation, loading details, checking, and validation of related documents
o Documents management, for warehousing goods-in & goods-out flow purpose
o Incoming & outgoing tender basis & spot quotations
o ERP update: daily status, ETA and all related documents and data of every Unit of Transportation
o Ensures timely completion of Track & Trace processes
o Reporting
• Customs:
o Bonded WH associated transportation procedures
o Foreign trade restrictions
• Finance & Administration:
o Invoicing consolidation and validation (service & rates): providers, forwarders, customs
o Accounting allocation and reporting
