About the Role
To strengthen our Corporate Finance team, Zetes is opening a position for a Tax Manager based at our Brussels Headquarters. This key role combines tax compliance, fiscal optimization, transfer pricing documentation, and support to our international subsidiaries. As Tax Manager, you will act as the internal expert on all tax‑related matters and contribute directly to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. You will report directly to the CFO.
Your Responsibilities
Tax Management
You oversee tax calculations and ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations.
You manage withholding tax exemption documentation (Belspo).
You handle innovation revenue fiscal deduction processes (Belspo).
In a second phase, you will act as the central tax expert supporting non‑Belgian subsidiaries.
Financial Closing
You contribute actively to monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
You ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and tax‑related documentation.
Transfer Pricing
You document all transfer pricing flows between Headquarters and subsidiaries, as well as inter‑subsidiary transactions.
You ensure transfer pricing aligns with realistic benchmarks and complies with international standards.
Documentation & Systems
You establish and maintain clear, structured, and comprehensive tax documentation.
You use accounting systems and Excel tools to support tax analysis and reporting
Collaboration
You work closely with the Corporate Finance team and business stakeholders.
You provide tax insights and support to operational and managerial teams.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
You hold a university degree in Tax Management, Corporate Law, Finance, or a related field.
You have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar tax‑focused role.
You bring experience in an international or multi‑entity environment is a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
You demonstrate strong organizational skills and excellent documentation discipline.
You are proficient with numbers and financial analysis.
You have a solid experience with accounting systems and Excel.
You are fluent in English and French / Dutch; proficiency in both French and Dutch is a plus.
You have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
You have a strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You are flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
