What You Could Be Doing
While future opportunities may vary, Supervisors at GXO typically:
* Lead daily operations and manage a team of Team Leaders and up to 100 indirect employees in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
* Ensure departmental KPIs and customer service levels are consistently achieved.
* Train, coach, and motivate teams to deliver high performance.
* Manage workforce planning, agency liaison, and shift allocation.
* Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
* Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment in line with GXO Health & Safety procedures.
* Work across two shifts (Monday–Friday: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), Saturday morning rotational 4.00 – 12.00.
* Interact regularly with internal and external customers, unions, and cross-functional teams.
What You Need to Succeed
We’re interested in hearing from people who can bring:
* Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting.
* Fluency in Dutch OR French and basic in opposite language (Fluent in French and basic Dutch OR Fluent in Dutch and basic French)
* Hands-on approach and confidence to lead in a fast-paced logistics operation.
* Understanding of WMS systems, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
* A proactive mindset and ability to inspire and influence others.
* Willingness to work on-site and in shifts
