Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Solution Sales Specialist Workplace to join our dynamic Solutions Sales division.
The successful applicant is a subject matter expert, responsible for engaging with customers and vendors to drive commercial success in this area.
What You Will Do
The Solution Sales Specialist Workplace is responsible for creating, selling and commercially owning significant solution sales engagements.
* Your role is customer facing, while partnering with our Account Management and other sales supporting teams within our organisation, both national and international
* Provide end-to-end ownership for an opportunity - manage the entire deal lifecycle from inception to closing and implementation.
* Support, guide and coach the wider Computacenter team to qualify, define, differentiate, develop and close deals across all vertical sectors
* Assist the customer through a process of understanding their requirements, by defining a proper solution and create a compelling proposition
* Build and expand excellent relationships with our key vendors and integrate them in end-to-end solutions that drive business outcomes for our customers
* Ensure high levels of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction through the sales cycle
* Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations, new and emerging markets and offerings
What You Will Need
* A proven track record of selling significant IT infrastructure projects related to workplace solutions to a variety of enterprise customers and public institutions
* You have knowledge by experience or certification of key workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Endpoint Management (Intune), Workplace Security, Collaboration solutions (Teams), Device Lifecycle Management, Apple ecosystem, and cloud-based workspace solutions.
* Having a wide network of IT decision makers within the defined target group of Computacenter; large (multi)national clients and national public institutions is considered a plus.
* Proven experience of working with multiple vendors and partners, and managing conflicting demands and expectations
* Demonstrable knowledge of workplace technologies and experience working with leading vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo) is considered a plus.
* Ability to describe the proposed solution(s) in commercial proposals to win new projects
* Good understanding of commercial and risk management in a solutions/services environment
* Ability to act as a though-leader and demonstrate the capacity in (customer) engagement sessions and on social media, roundtables and presentations is considered a plus
* You possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level
* You have a go-getter mentality and a proactive approach
* Good communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French
