We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team and provide hands-on legal support across all phases of development projects. Your Function
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who can provide strategic and operational legal advice on real estate transactions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts (LOIs, sales and purchase agreements, rights in rem, construction contracts, leases, shareholder agreements, etc.). You will also support project structuring and incorporation of joint ventures or special purpose vehicles, assess legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Your Profile
We are looking for a Master of Laws from a Belgian university with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, including in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. In-depth knowledge of real estate law; additional familiarity with tax law, M&A, planning or PPP is a plus. Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills, with a business-oriented mindset. Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Fluent in French, Dutch and English. Flexible, pragmatic and open-minded approach to legal problem-solving.
