As our Trade Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in professional channels, driving new product launches, managing product life cycles, and setting strategic pricing. If you're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, this is your chance to make a significant impact and drive our business to new heights!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee tactical and operational management of STANLEY & DEWALT product groups, optimizing and maintaining the product portfolio to align with Benelux growth plans.Develop and execute regional launch and promo plans, including conducting price analysis and adjustments.Collaborate with central product managers, commercialization teams, brand marketing colleagues, and local sales to ensure alignment and drive sales conversion.Participate in strategic meetings, create annual marketing plans for stakeholders and customers, and manage budgets and sales growth across the full marketing mix.Drive commercial planning and campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring budget compliance, presenting commercialisation plans effectively, and maintaining lean product portfolios to improve working capital and reduce excess and obsolete stock.Who You AreYou always strive to do a good job...but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
