The Opportunity:
CCI is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support our NATO Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM) customer in Mons, Belgium. This position is contingent upon contract award and is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
* Designs and creates SharePoint sites using web UI tools or SharePoint Designer.
* Possesses practical knowledge of SharePoint architecture, functionality, workflow development, and development tools.
* Develops user controls, dashboards, master pages, and advanced workflows using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and custom ASP.NET web forms.
* Troubleshoots software problems and debugs code.
* Monitors and maintains SharePoint applications on SIPR/NIPR networks.
* Performs SharePoint administration to configure system settings.
* Conducts stress testing on storage systems, dashboards, SharePoint servers, and web parts.
* Advises content teams on document profiling and customization of SharePoint instances.
* Integrates and configures .NET applications with SQL Server databases.
* Maintains and administers SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting and performance analysis.
* Operates independently to develop methodologies and present solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
* 4-7 years experience with a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Secret clearance with ability to retain.
* Proficiency in SharePoint development and administration.
* Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, .NET, and SQL Server.
* Experience developing workflows, user controls, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to collaborate with content management teams.
* Experience with stress testing and performance analysis.
* Expertise in data science and machine learning, preferably in defense applications.
* Certification: CND.
Desired:
* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint or Microsoft Pervue Cert.
* Experience supporting NATO SOFCOM missions.
* Experience managing complex IT projects.

Pay Range:
The salary range is $82,700 - $173,900 USD, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
