Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed inspections using precision measuring tools to confirm product dimensions and tolerances meet specifications
2. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy throughout the inspection process
3. Complete first article, in-process, and final inspections while documenting results thoroughly
4. Identify and report non-conforming materials, supporting investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
5. Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure all documentation is up to date
6. Work closely with production and quality teams to uphold standards and resolve issues efficiently
7. Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
8. Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on precision measurement
9. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications with accuracy
10. Advanced proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related equipment
11. Strong attention to detail with a consistent commitment to accuracy and quality
12. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
13. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Assets:
15. Overhead crane experience
16. Forklift license

17. CSA approved safety footwear
