What you will do
* Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
* Build scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate
* Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services, SQL, and other sources
* Apply best practices in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
* Ensure solutions are performant, user-friendly, and maintainable
* Define and promote governance standards across the Power Platform
* Review and improve citizen-developed apps and workflows
* Coach and support business users in building their own solutions
What you bring
* 3+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
* Strong expertise in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query
* Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services)
* Knowledge of integrations and connectors within Power Platform
* Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments
* Experience supporting or enabling citizen developers is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
