You thrive on variety, ownership, and impact. This role is made for you. You have a sharp eye for spotting talent and enjoy making things run smoothly behind the scenes - from recruitment to total rewards.


From spotting talent to onboarding

* You're responsible for the entire recruitment process – from drafting the vacancy to welcoming new hires.

* You work closely with hiring managers to define needs and expectations.

* You write compelling job descriptions and help strengthen our employer brand.

* You actively search for new talent via channels like LinkedIn.

* You screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

* You follow up with candidates and guide them through to the contract proposal.

* You ensure a warm and smooth onboarding experience that makes a real difference.


Total rewards: you keep all the puzzle pieces in place

* Our employees know where to find you with their HR questions, and you provide clear answers and smooth follow-up.

* You manage payroll for around 80 employees, in collaboration with our social secretariat.

* You're the go-to person for our company car fleet and flexible compensation plan.

* You oversee the mobility budget and manage employee insurance policies.

* You ensure accurate and timely administration of all benefits.





Let's talk about what you bring

* You hold a degree in HRM or have equivalent experience.

* You already have some initial experience in an HR role. Experience with technical profiles? That's a strong asset.

* You're familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and know how to use it effectively.

* You have a solid understanding of social legislation and know how to apply it clearly in practice.

* You're customer-focused and solution-oriented.

* You take ownership and think ahead.

* You work in a results-driven way, with integrity and strong attention to detail.

* You're proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on.

* You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.

* Your base is in Rotselaar, but you're happy to occasionally visit our colleagues in Waarloos (Kontich) - because sometimes, a face-to-face chat just works best.
