About the role:
As our new Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in shaping the way legal professionals learn about ClauseBase. Your focus will be on creating high-quality, helpful content that attracts and converts our target audience with the ultimate goal of generating more leads and demo requests.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be writing, filming, designing, and publishing content across channels, especially LinkedIn. If you’re someone who can take a complex idea and turn it into a clear blog post, a sharp graphic, or a clear video, this is the perfect fit.
What you will be doing:
* Plan and manage our social media calendar, mostly focused on LinkedIn
* Develop and maintain a top-of-funnel content calendar that aligns with our wider marketing goals
* Write and publish one piece of high-quality content per week (e.g. blog posts, case studies, guides, checklists)
* Use design tools like Canva or Figma to make your content visually engaging
* Apply basic SEO best practices to optimise our content for search
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the founders on new ideas and campaigns
* Track content performance and learn what really drives engagement and conversions
What we are looking for:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B marketing
* Strong writing skills, with experience creating content for business audiences
* Comfortable managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn
* Confident with design tools like Canva or Figma
* Some knowledge of SEO and how it supports content performance
* Video editing skills or an interest in developing them
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus
* Some prior experience in the legal sector is highly desirable but not a requirement
