The position offers real potential for extension or permanency based on your performance and team fit. Junior AP Officer - Your responsibilities:
* Upload and process a high volume of invoices across different platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Assist in coordinating payments, verifying transactions, and handling direct debits to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Maintain organized records by managing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of invoices and financial documents.
* Review and reconcile invoices, flag discrepancies, and liaise with internal departments or external vendors to resolve any payment issues.
* Support automation initiatives and contribute to improving internal workflows for more efficient invoice processing.
* Provide additional support to the accounts payable team, assisting with ad hoc requests and financial reporting as needed.
Junior AP Officer - Your profile:
* Fluent in German & English (spoken & written)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role is mandatory
* Dynamic, quick, and proactive, comfortable processing high volumes of invoices daily
* Strong organizational & communication skills
* Tech-savvy, with excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Junior AP Officer - We offer:
* Attractive salary up to €45,000 gross + 20% bonus
