Function description
As an International Sales Representative, you play a key role in Pentapack's continued international growth. You are the commercial driving force behind our expansion in the European hospital market, building strong new customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle—from first contact to successful contract signing.
Pentapack is expanding, and to support this growth we are building a motivated and ambitious sales team that wants to make a real impact. You will represent innovative, high‐quality, and modular packaging solutions that are already trusted and purchased internationally. You will present and demonstrate our packaging equipment to customers, actively listen to their feedback, and translate customer needs into tailored configurations. Responsibilities
* Expand Pentapack's customer base within European hospitals
* Present and demonstrate our blister packaging machines, both on‐site and online, including reference visits
* Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial offers
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships with hospital pharmacies and key stakeholders
* Monitor market developments and trends in hospital pharmacy and hospital logistics
* Represent Pentapack at trade fairs and industry conferences in Europe (and potentially the US)
* Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams on customer‐specific configurations
Clearly report sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
Profile
* Strong commercial skills with a technical affinity; experience in capital equipment or machine sales is a plus
* Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to the United States
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong asset
* Independent, customer‐focused, and strong in relationship management
* Solution‐driven mindset with a professional attitude
