The key responsibilities of the Sales Operations Assistant:
* Provide daily administrative support to Sales Managers active in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
* Prepare and process sales documents, reports, presentations, and contracts.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
* Handle email correspondence and incoming calls in both German and English.
* Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for the sales team.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.
* Translate documents and communication when needed (German ↔ English).
