Roles & Responsibilities
* As a Manager you'll join a young and motivated team working on digital attestation and certification projects (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO
* You'll act as subject matter expert, project lead or Lead Auditor, guiding teams of 2–5 staff members and reviewing their work.
* Your role includes working closely with clients, managing project files, testing procedures, drafting reports and ensuring documentation meets standards.
* You'll also help prepare and present proposals and contribute to the growth of our Digital Assurance and Certification practice.

Skills & Qualifications
* We are looking for a proactive and motivated team player who takes ownership, is organized, and eager to learn.
* You should be fluent in English and either Dutch or French (both is a plus).
* You have a degree in business or economics and at least two years of experience in IT attestation (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000) or certification.
* Extra certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CISA, CISSP) or knowledge of e-Archiving/eIDAS are a strong plus.
* You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.
