We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a dynamic and diverse team working on complex, high-profile projects. We have two locations open:
* Farciennes (Charleroi), Belgium &
* Gavle, Sweden.
Worth noting that if you relocate to Sweden or Belgium you may be eligible for the expat's tax scheme which significantly increases your net.
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in key meetings to track project progress, address challenges, and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
* Conducting site reviews to assess quality assurance processes and commissioning activities.
* Driving continual improvements by identifying cost-effective and quality-focused practices.
* Developing and executing project commissioning strategies, ensuring collaboration across all involved parties.
* Overseeing commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule.
* Providing regular updates on project scope, timelines, and budget progress to stakeholders and senior management.
* Managing vendor relationships to achieve optimal outcomes and ensuring performance standards are met.
* Coordinating effectively with vendor teams to facilitate critical meetings and activities.
* Balancing project requirements, interdependencies, and stakeholder needs to deliver successful outcomes.
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with team members.
* Supervising and guiding appointed teams throughout the commissioning process.
* Operating independently to support the delivery of complex commissioning programmes.
What we're looking for:
* Expertise in power systems, mechanical systems, and technical infrastructures.
* Proven ability to create and refine detailed commissioning documentation.
* Prior experience managing complex projects in technical or industrial environments.
* A relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience in project or construction management.
* A passion for building strong working relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
