Bambaw, a pioneering zero-waste brand, is committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainable living through eco-conscious products. We are looking for a freelance Office & Finance Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our finance and HR processes. This part-time, remote role (half to full day per week) is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently from Belgium.
What you’ll do:
Finance Management
* Process payments to suppliers and service providers accurately and on time
* Collect and organize invoices
* Prepare financial documents for our accountant and external stakeholders
* Monitor invoicing and follow up on unpaid invoices
* Monthly upload of payment calendar
People & HR Support
* Manage onboarding processes for new hires
* Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR-related questions
* Assist with job posting and candidate screening
* Set up contracts for new hires
* Support any other HR management tasks as needed
Who you are:
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (written and spoken)
* Experienced in finance administration and HR support
* Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
* Based in Belgium
