In 2024/2025, Tereos achieved a turnover of 5,93 billion euros.To learn more, visit Contract : Permanent contractJob location : Bruchtstraat 10, Aalst, Flandre-Orientale 9300 BELYour missions :The Key Account Manager manages the sales and development of Tereos products towards non-food markets (Paper, Corrugated Board, Bio-Technology and Green Chemistry). The job scope includes providing technical support to the customers particularly in corrugated board markets.Sales area scope : Benelux & GermanyPosition location : Aalst (Belgium) Manage, maintain and develop the businessNegotiate volumes, prices, terms and conditions with existing and potential customers in the defined area / scopeProvide Technical Support to Corrugating Board customers. Lead, support and follow up technical implementations at customersPro-actively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customersHave an excellent knowledge of his/her customer portfolioCoordinate with internal functions: Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer/Technical Support; for the best customer satisfaction / focus / experienceImplement commercial strategy and policy of the companyManage the Sales ProcessesAnalyse and optimize sales and margins of products in the defined area/scopeCreate and follow the administrative management of sales contractsBe responsible for maintaining the records, planning, ensuring the sales / execution performance and report out concerning the customer portfolio under the responsibility : sales forecast and trends, contract’s conditions and pricesMake periodic customer visits and report to the stakeholders through CRM tool (Salesforce)Be proactive with the proposition on commercial policy on its area / scopeDevelop customer portfolioAnalyse, grow and optimize the sales book per opportunities in the marketDevelop and maintain strategic customer relationshipsMarket analysisRecord and consolidate market dataAnalyse competitive offeringsFollow the demand versus supply situation and evolution in order to define the optimal sales planGather the Business & Market Intelligence information, relevant to sales to support decision makingDetermine strategy in areas such as market penetration and market developmentGeneralitiesPerform the role according to the rules of safety, hygiene, food safety, quality and environment, and procedures on the sitesHelp to nurture a collaborative team environment by participating, contributing and supporting team activities / meetingsSupport the continuous improvement initiatives through direct participation and / or championing the related initiativesYour profile :Experience : minimum 5 years with a strong preference for corrugating production knowledge. Technical education in Chemical, Process Engineering is a plusDutch and English are mandatory. French is a PlusCompetent in informatics tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
