Your role:
You lead the organization through a phase of transition, provide clear direction and leadership, create the right conditions for teams to perform at their best, and act as a unifying force across the business.
What we are looking for?
Proven experience as CEO or in an executive role.
Affinity with IT services industry.
Empathetic and empowering people manager.
Team player with the ability to elevate other's performance.
Availability as from Mai/June.
Assignment duration: 6 to 12 months. xphnsxz
Language skills: Dutch, English (and French).
