HR Manager
Agfa transformation brings great opportunities for an enthusiastic and hands on HR colleague to join our Global Service & Delivery HR organization. Are you passionate about social and labour law, pension, hard HR topics as well as partnering with the industrial operations business delivering a best in class employee experience? Join us as HR Manager and work together with a team of experts on delivering a great employee experience and service to our local Belgian employees. You will provide local HR support to our Mortsel production site covering the entire employee lifecycle scope. You will be part of a diverse HR Team delivering in-country HR support.
Your responsibilities
• You provide support for local managers and employees in the various areas of the HR process for the Mortsel & Heultje production site (blue collar/white collar and management population -> 500 employees)
• You support and coordinate all employee lifecycle processes in your business/function such as onboarding, performance management, learning & development, recruitment, promotions, compensation, talent reviews and offboarding
• You thrive to build and deliver a best-in-class employee experience
• You act as sparring partner for the local management of the area of responsibility in conflict resolution and in change processes
• You will collaborate on projects focusing on HR operations and processes resulting in improving our HR services delivery
• You support employee and labor relations for our local organization and develop strong and trusting relations with colleagues and stakeholders
• You work together with the CoE colleagues in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards to implement and deploy initiatives locally
Who are you?
1. To be successful in your role you have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Law or Economics/Business Administration or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in an operational environment
3. You are a true people person who is customer oriented and enjoys working in a team
4. You use your interpersonal skills to build a strong relationship with your stakeholders and colleagues
5. You represent the ‘human’ in your title and make sure the well-being of all employees is secured
6. You are a true problem solver and you think in solutions. You have the ability to think out of the box and work very hands-on.
7. You respect deadlines and ensure all HR processes are executed in an effective way
8. You act local but think global with a sustainability mindset
9. Your knowledge of English and Dutch is outstanding
10. Good IT skills & reporting skills (SuccessFactors, Excel reporting etc.)
