Task Responsibilities:
The Logistic Administrative Agent is responsible for managing the administrative actions on aircraft components sent to external vendors for repair and modification. This role ensures that all documentation, coordination, and data handling processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with internal procedures and aviation regulations.
•Process and review repair orders to ensure completeness and accuracy
•Maintain and update vendor, pricing, and parts data in internal systems
•Coordinate material and equipment needs with relevant departments
•Request and document vendor quotations; assist with agreement preparation
•Track and resolve order discrepancies; validate invoices for approval
•Support vendor performance tracking and maintain related records
•Compile repair data and prepare reports for internal use
Essential Requirements For The Position:
•Preferably, a first experience in administrative support
•General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•Comfortable working in a structured, technical environment
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
•Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
•Temporary full-time position based in Luxembourg.
•A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
•The category of the position depends on the experience of the selected candidate.
•The internal title of the position will be "Agent Material Repairs".
