Digital Asset Servicing Spec
ialistThe Role & Key Responsibili
ties: The successful applicant will be expected to act as a subject matter expert for servicing Digital Asset funds in Apex. Bringing specialist expertise to the day to day operations of Digital Asset funds and contributing to the development and improvement of operational workflows and risk frameworks for Digital Asset servicing. They will be responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise across global fund servicing teams as Digital Asset services scale across different jurisdic
* tions.
Apply experience and knowledge to assist colleagues working in the day-to-day operations teams servicing Digital Asset funds and where required be the point contact for clients operational issues during the onboarding and launch of new digital asse
* t funds;Contribute to the evolution and deployment of scalable and resilient Digital Asset operating models and risk fra
* meworks;Contribute to the evolution of aml/kyc controls and risk frameworks for onboarding and monitoring of clients and investors in Digital Asse
* t funds;Support the expansion of Digital Asset Servicing into new jurisdictions and servicing locations collaborating with colleagues to ensure essential knowledge transfer and operational re
* adiness.Become an expert user of specialist third party technology products used in servicing Digital Asset funds. Where required undertake the role of administrator for one or more products supporting both configuration and user management and being the primary point of contact with the vendor for day-to-day ope
rations.
Skills
* Required:
Broad experience in fund servicing and a strong working knowledge of the end to end processes and responsibilities of a fund admi
* nistrator;Specific experience in client and investor onboarding and the associated regulatory, compliance, risk management and due diligence controls related to these a
* ctivities.Possess an understanding of how Digital Asset technology and regulation are contributing to innovation in capital markets and the funds
* industry.Have a smart and outgoing personality with excellent Customer Servi
* ce skills;Be a collaborative and supportive team member whilst being able to work on own your initiative without close
* direction;Be capable of planning, working under pressure and meeting strict
* deadlines;Have an eye for detail and the ability to handle comple
* x matters;Excellent command of spoken and written communicati
* on skills;Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word, Excel and Access. (Experience on PFS - Paxus will be considered as an
advantage)
