Sales Manager – Urology (Belgium & Luxembourg) We are partnering with an innovative medical device company focused on advanced energy platforms for minimally invasive surgical procedures. With an established presence in gastroenterology and surgery, the company is now expanding into urology and is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead this business across Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Identify and prioritise key accounts, target hospitals, and private clinics.
Drive new product adoption through structured account penetration plans.
Build the sales pipeline from early evaluation to capital equipment and disposable sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, clinical evaluations, tender processes, negotiations, and closing.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, department heads, operating theatre managers, procurement, and hospital leadership.
Support clinical training and education initiatives.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and regional reimbursement landscapes.
Provide structured feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
Work closely with marketing, clinical support, and service teams.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in urology.
Experience with capital equipment and disposable sales models is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English required. German is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field.
