Are you a Pharma/CMC expert looking to transition from project execution to a high-level strategic role?
We are looking for a TST Portfolio Manager to join a Technical Solution Team (TST) and leading global biopharmaceutical company. This is a transversal, product-focused role where you will act as the "control tower" for a key technical program.
The Challenge: You will provide a consolidated portfolio view of all technical activities related to a specific product. Your mission is to anticipate risks, manage dependencies across projects, and ensure the 10-year strategic and financial plan remains on track.
-Assess cross‑project impacts and dependencies
-Anticipate risks and raise alerts when needed
-Act as a key interface with Project Managers and technical experts
-Work with project/portfolio management tools (Planisware / Integrate)
-Prepare reporting and follow‑up materials (Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong focus on structuring information and communication
Stakeholders:
Highly transversal environment, including:
- TST Project Managers
Technical experts:
- DS (Drug Substance)
- DP (Drug Product)
- Analytical
- Device
- Regulatory Affairs, QA
- Clinical Trial Supply (CTS)
- Supply Chain
- International teams (UK, Switzerland, US, Belgium)

Your Profile:
🧬 Experience: 5 to 8 years in the Pharma/CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) sector. -Experience in pharmaceutical development
* Professional English is mandatory
* 🎓 Background: Strong understanding of interactions between Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and Analytical activities.
* Ability to quickly understand technical topics and their impacts
* Credibility when interacting with technical experts
* 🛠 Skills: A natural interest in portfolio management; knowledge of Planisware or similar PPM tools is a strong asset.
* 🌍 Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
* 🧠 Mindset: Structured, adaptable, and able to simplify complex data into clear reports.
Practical Details:
* 📍 Location: Braine l'Alleud (Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site).
* 📅 Start Date: ASAP (April/May 2026).
