The Account Manager - Mobility Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Sign and manage contracts with partners, ensuring quality, compliance and pricing terms.
* Manage customer feedback relating to service quality
* Analytics including : action plans, number analysis, profitability & follow-up (margins, costs, volumes, etc).
* Ensure the profitability of each partnership & ensure a positive experience.
* At least 5 years experience in an account management or similar position
* Experience in mobility sector, transport or logistics
* Comfortable with figures (margins, costs, volumes, etc.) & Excel
* Negotiation skills & targets-oriented
* Fluent in French & Dutch is mandatory
