Business Consultant (Implementation) – International SaaS Scale-up BE (German Speaking)
For a fast-growing international SaaS organization, we are looking for a Business Consultant . This company develops software solutions focused on quality, safety, and compliance management , helping organizations worldwide digitize and optimize their business processes.
Due to strong growth and increasing international demand, the company is expanding its implementation team and looking for a German-speaking Business Consultant .

As a Business Consultant , you will be responsible for implementing the software at customer organizations. You will work closely with Project Managers , where you focus on the functional implementation and configuration of the software, while the Project Manager handles scope, budget, and timelines.

Lead kick-off meetings after contract signing
Translate requirements into software configuration
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams
Projects range from smaller local implementations to complex international rollouts with multiple stakeholders.

Fluent in German (required)
Fluent in English (required)
Dutch is a strong plus
Interest in software and technology
Experience with SaaS, ERP, or workflow software
Background in Quality, Compliance, QHSE, or regulated industries
Work on international implementation projects
Strong growth opportunities (junior → senior → lead roles)
Collaborative and supportive team environment

Primarily remote working
Approximately 1 day per week in the office
International team and customers
