* You manage incidents and events to ensure optimal software/hardware functionality.
* You install, implement, configure, and deliver IT solutions on a project basis.
* You conduct inventories and analyze the IT infrastructure, optimizing it where possible.
* You independently analyze problems arising during implementations and propose effective corrective measures.
* You document solutions and changes comprehensively.
* You collaborate closely with team members and partners to resolve complex issues effectively.
* You communicate with support teams to handle incidents during both implementation and operation phases.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Bachelor's degree in ICT
or possess equivalent experience.
* You have
1-2 years of relevant IT experience
, preferably in an international environment.
* You demonstrate proficiency in
Windows, Office365, Networking, Firewalling

Routing
.
* You are an
independent worker

* You possess
flexibility
to adjust to varying onsite hours.
* Knowledge of
ITIL
(Foundation certification is a strong plus); familiarity with Prince2/Waterfall methodologies is an asset.
