As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities are:
* Provide professional customer service support to b2b clients within the technology industry.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Manage order processing and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to address their needs.
* Maintain and update customer records in the database.
* Assist in preparing reports and documentation for the customer service team.
* Support the implementation of process improvements within the department.
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Experience or interest in a Customer Service B2B role.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
