WHAT YOU'LL DO: At EOS safety isn’t just a priority, it’s a core value and a key foundation of our operations. As our Safety Program Co-ordinator, you’ll lead and strengthen all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities. You’ll ensure full compliance with UK, Danish and Belgian regulations and EOS global standards while driving continuous improvement and embedding a proactive safety mindset across all operations. Working closely with EOS and Client leadership, operators, and external partners, you’ll foster a culture focused on prevention, engagement, and accountability — making EOS a benchmark for safety excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and enhance site‑wide EHS programs, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Coach and engage employees at all levels to promote proactive safety ownership. Manage environmental and safety compliance across operations. Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, RAMS, and job hazard analyses for critical activities. Develop, implement, and maintain the safety management program across multiple sites. Lead RCA and CAPA processes for incidents and near misses to drive safer working practices. Serve as the primary contact for authorities and regulatory inspections. Chair internal Safety Committees and contribute to client Safety Committees. Partner with leaders and operators to embed safety into daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field. 5 years of EHS experience, preferably in an IT or Data Centre environment. Strong knowledge of European EHS regulations and experience working with relevant authorities. Fluent in English and French. (Preferred) Professional EHS certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (certificate or diploma level). IND LI-CS1
