Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising projects, ensuring compliance with scope, time, cost, and quality. Their mission is to align multidisciplinary teams with strategic objectives, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective and transparent management.
This profile combines leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience in traditional and agile methodologies, especially in technology or innovation projects. Responsibilities
Define project work plans, establishing timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the proper execution of tasks.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose timely mitigation plans.
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visibility and transparency in progress.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational guidelines.
Facilitate collaboration between business areas, development, QA, operations, and customers.
Lead key ceremonies or meetings (kick-offs, progress reviews, retrospectives).
Monitor compliance with KPIs and metrics and generate executive reports on the status of the project.
Promote continuous improvement in project management and execution.
Ensure deliveries are aligned with the scope, timelines, and strategic objectives of the business.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in technological or innovation environments.
Solid knowledge of traditional (PMI, Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) project management methodologies.
Desirable certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
Practical knowledge of project metrics, KPIs, and risk management.
Communication, negotiation, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation.

Collaboration and documentation: Confluence, Notion, Miro, FigJam.
Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.
Metrics and reporting: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, advanced Excel.
