Ph3Job Description /h3 pAs the HR Director for Canon Benelux, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to the business, shaping a people and organisation strategy that directly enables sustainable, profitable growth. You will work proactively with senior leaders to ensure our structure, capability, and culture are fit for the future—agile, high‑performing, and aligned to business priorities. /p pYou will lead the design and delivery of local HR policies and practices, ensuring they are fully aligned with the wider EMEA HR strategy while remaining compliant with local labour legislations.
