Chief Financial Officer – Belgium & Luxembourg
Providing direction for all corporate financial functions so financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and medium-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards. Your road to success
Left or right, you lead a team of senior managers to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines. You can do this as a Chief financial officer with full focus on:
1. provide overall direction for financial activities for the country, aligned with the overall strategy, including tax, insurance, budget, and treasury functions for the organization, to ensure efficient financial flow in the organization.
2. controlling financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
3. analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
4. evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs.
5. providing expertise and advice to managers on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization, to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
6. financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting, and presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings.
7. selecting and managing relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service.
8. actively supporting all compliance-related activities to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

30. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
31. at least 4-5ears of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
32. solid knowledge of the leasing industry.
33. demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, while being accessible and supportive to team members.
34. excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken is essential. Proficiency in French is a significant plus.
