What you will do You’ll be joining a small, supportive, and dynamic IT team where you’ll progressively take on responsibilities such as: User Support & Daily Operations Provide friendly and efficient L1/L2 support to colleagues (ticketing via Jira). Assist with application testing and user training—perfect for building communication and technical skills. Hands-on IT Infrastructure Help install and troubleshoot IT hardware (laptops, printers, scanners). Learn to work with network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls). Get exposure to both Windows and Linux environments + virtualization tools. Microsoft 365 & Device Management Manage everyday tasks in Microsoft O365, Intune, and Entra ID. Contribute to account and device configuration. Process Improvement & Documentation Document procedures and help improve how we work. Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues on ongoing projects. Project & Development Involvement Support our logistics software (WMS) development team with testing and analysis. Join selected IT projects—an excellent opportunity to gain new experience. What we’re looking for Ideal for someone with a first experience (internship or 1–2 years). If you don’t check everything, don’t worry—we will help you grow. Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. Interest or basic experience with Microsoft 365 environments. Understanding of Windows systems, Active Directory, or domain management principles. Motivation to learn and solve technical issues. Ability to travel between company sites. Great to have Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell). Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems. Basic understanding of networks or virtualization (VMware). Awareness of IT security concepts. Experience in logistics environments is a plus. Who you are Curious and eager to learn new technologies. Proactive and motivated—you like taking initiative.
