Senior Key Account Manager – Grocery & Retail Partnerships📍 Brussels (Hybrid)💼 Full-timeReady for a Challenge?This is a high-impact opportunity to play a leading role in the rapidly growing Digital Grocery and Retail space within a global online marketplace environment.We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to help shape and scale a fast-growing grocery and convenience proposition. This role goes beyond account management—it’s about driving growth, influencing strategy, and building long-term partnerships with some of the most important retail players in the market.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, take ownership of strategic partnerships, and help position the business as a leader in this evolving sector.About the RoleAs a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and growing major grocery and convenience partnerships. You’ll combine commercial acumen with relationship management and long-term strategic thinking to deliver sustainable growth.This role offers strong visibility, autonomy, and clear progression in a collaborative, high-performance environment.What You’ll DoPartnership & Business DevelopmentSource, negotiate, and close partnerships with major grocery and convenience retailersBuild trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholdersAct as a strategic partner, aligning platform solutions with retailer objectivesStrategy & GrowthIdentify the most relevant commercial and operational solutions for each partnerDrive long-term value through onboarding, expansion, renewals, and performance optimisationTake a consultative, solution-oriented approach to sellingCommercial ExcellenceOwn and manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reportingConsistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targetsProvide market insights to support broader retail and grocery strategyWhat You’ll Bring3+ years’ experience in sales or key account managementStrong background in retail, grocery, convenience, or FMCGProven experience working with senior and executive-level stakeholdersFluency in English, with strong working proficiency in French and DutchExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentHigh ownership mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for excellenceWhat’s On Offer💰 Competitive CompensationTotal package €70,000 – €88,000 (including OTE)Uncapped performance-based bonus📝 Hybrid Working Model1 day in the field2 days in the office (Brussels)2 days working from home🚗 Electric Company CarIncludes charging cardAvailable for private use (taxable benefit)🛡️ Comprehensive BenefitsGroup insurance (pension, guaranteed salary, death cover)Meal vouchers (€8 per working day)Monthly food-ordering allowance32 days annual leave (20 vacation + 12 ADV)🏋️ ♀️ Wellbeing & LifestyleOn-site gym accessRegular team events and social activities📚 Learning & GrowthAccess to digital learning platforms, training programmes, and language coursesClear opportunities for career development in an international environmentInclusion & BelongingWe are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and able to bring their whole self to work.
