* Manage end-to-end order processing in ERP
* Follow up on orders and delivery timelines
* Communicate with international clients and internal teams
* Handle complaints and returns
* Support administrative invoicing processes
* First experience in customer service or administration
* Fluent in English (daily working language)
* Additional languages (DE / ES / IT) are a plus
* Accurate and able to work independently
* Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
* Full-time contract (40h) + 12 ADV days
