Responsibilities Drive imec's workplace vision. Enable flexible and hybrid working through a variety of campus facilities — including shared desks, focus booths, meeting rooms, wellbeing spaces, a company restaurant, and vending solutions.
Guide teams in adjusting to office design changes, while working closely with colleagues from ICT and Facilities. You will report to the HR Director responsible for Workplace Experience.
Facilitate the definition of team agreements in the teams.
Design ways of working that promote a consistent workplace experience and hospitality-driven mindset.
Bring continuous improvement using imec's data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Oversee the upgraded catering & hospitality offering. Manage vendors with a focus on quality, sustainability, capture rate, and budget KPIs.
Support workplace transformations across imec's international sites, ensuring consistent implementation.

Qualifications Experience in workplace strategy, catering, and/or hospitality management.
Excel in fast-paced, technology-driven international environments.
Innovative, sustainability-minded, and naturally creative and solution-oriented.
Strong communication, change management, and/or project management skills.
Steer the workplace experience to positively impact employee effectiveness, well‐being, and community building.
Approach challenges with determination and perseverance.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
