Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, both mechanical and electrical.
* Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians (planning, coaching, evaluating).
* Ensure efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Analyze breakdowns and implement root-cause solutions to improve reliability.
* Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal maintenance standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. TPM, OEE, lean tools).
* Collaborate with external service providers and suppliers as needed.
* Keep detailed maintenance records and report on KPIs to senior management.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Engineering Field: Electro mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Etc.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Structured, hands-on, and safety-oriented approach.
* Fluent in Dutch, English & French.
